                       DISPLAY OF LATEST UPDATE OF CONGREGATION REGISTER

This is to notify all members of Congregation that an updated list of members of Congregation has been displayed for crosschecking at Careers Unit of the Registry.

the purpose of displaying the list is to enable members make their claims or objections on the list between Friday 19th may, 2017 to Monday 22nd May, 2017 before its final production for the election.

You are also notified to present any of the following for identification.

• New staff identity card,
• Old staff identification card and letter of identification from Head of Department, or 
• Appointment letter and identification letter from Head of Department for newly appointed staff members.
